- A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
- Any items that are received that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be refundable. Original shipping charges are non- refundable.
- The item must be returned within 15 days of the buyers receives it. Special orders, such as custom cz stones are non-cancelable and non-refundable items.
- Returned items must be in the original condition, not used or altered & should be returned with all original documents if any. We do not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
- Return by DHL or FedEx under personal name Only please contact us before returning any item for address details.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, VAT and taxes that may be incurred in returning the item(s) back to us.
We do not accept C.O.D returns. - Usually International Parcels will take 3-7 days to reach us, it’s appreciated for your patience.
- Please allow us 3 days after receiving the return parcel to inspect the items and refund.
- Payments received by bank wire will be refunded by company check. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after a return is received.
- Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for excessive returns.
You can return any item for a refund for any reason within 15 days of receipt. You must contact me within 15 days from when you receive the item. After I have agreed to accept the return, you must return the goods to me as soon as possible. I have have not received the returned order within 20 days of agreeing to refund it then no refund will be given. You are responsible for getting the item back to me and the return shipping costs. You should get a receipt in case it gets lost in the post because it is your responsibility to deal with lost or late deliveries.
